Rules of Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable environment for all players of Pokerag Heartgold, you must abide by the following rules. Violations may result in account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

1. Respect and Player Behavior

• No Harassment: Harassment, threats, hate speech, toxicity, or bullying towards other players or staff is strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate Content: Do not share offensive, illegal, or explicit content in public channels.

2. Game Integrity and Fair Play

• Bug Exploitation: Purposely abusing glitches, bugs, or unintended mechanics for personal gain is forbidden. Bugs must be reported to the staff.
• No Cheating: The use of third-party software, bots, macros, or modifications that grant an unfair advantage is not allowed.

3. Protection of the Project

• Harm to Project Image: Any actions, campaigns, or behaviors designed to maliciously damage the reputation, image, or stability of Pokerag Heartgold or Galocha Software will result in punishment.
• Impersonation: You may not impersonate administrators, moderators, or any Galocha Software staff.
• Real-Money Trading (RMT): Buying or selling accounts, virtual items, or in-game currency for real-world money is strictly forbidden.

4. Updates to the Rules

• Changes Without Notice: Galocha Software reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Rules of Conduct at any time without further notice. It is your responsibility to review these rules periodically to ensure compliance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. Enforcement

Galocha Software reserves the right to evaluate all incidents on a case-by-case basis and apply penalties at our sole discretion, without prior warning.
